Here is how the online ticketing system works:

Click how many tickets you want, you will be redirected to a SECURE website for your purchase.

After you purchase your tickets, you will get an email receipt confirming your purchase.

To pick up your tickets, print out your email receipt and bring it to the entrance of the venue to pick up your
tickets. If you don't bring your receipt, any form of I.D. (driver's license, care card, credit card) will be
accepted.

Your name will be on the WILL CALL list that you will sign for.

If you don't have an email address to receive the email receipt, then use a friend or relatives email so they
can receive your confirmation (email receipt)

All online tickets are WILL CALL only, meaning you can only get your tickets in hand when you arrive the
venue.

REFUND POLICY: No refunds or exchanges unless the concert is cancelled. If the event is cancelled that you
bought tickets for, you will receive a full refund for the price of the ticket(s) within 7 days of the
cancellation.

If you are buying tickets for friends or family, you can forward your email receipt to them so they can print
it out so they can receive the tickets you purchased.

Our service fees: Our service fees are very low to compared to most ticket outlets. Why? Our service fees just cover the
costs for credit card processing and online merchant fees. We want keep our service charges low to
encourage our customers to buy tickets online.
