have them printed and delivered in 2 days! We can custom make your tickets that
can include your logo, etc..
Cost: $35 set up fee + $.15 per ticket
For example, 100 tickets printed would cost $35 (set up fee) + $15 (100 tickets)
Total = $50 + HST for 100 tickets

Also email us the name of event, door time, show time, address, website and all info you want
printed on your tickets.

Need help promoting your event? For a small promotion fee, we can help you maximize your
audience by promoting your event in many strategic ways.
High Tide Entertainment has been promoting concerts and other forms of entertainment in Victoria and surrounding cities for over 6
years. We have a strong relationship with all outlets of the media (radio, TV, newspaper and Internet). By hiring us, you will receive
thousands of dollars of free advertising on promoting your event through main sources of media. Hiring our promotional services
will get your event advertised to the right target audience and is a very effective way to get the word out for a very reasonable price.
Here is the list of all promotional duties that High Tide Entertainment will do for your event:
- Distribute 100 Full Color posters of your event to key locations (in-store locations) in the Greater Victoria
area. (You must provide us with the posters or for an additional $.50/per poster ($50 per 100 posters), we
can print the posters for you
- Email your event details to the High Tide Entertainment email subscribers (over 4000 subscribers),
- Email your press release to ALL newspapers/magazines, radio stations and TV Stations and arrange
interviews for editorial stories.
- Video coverage of your event aired 1-2 TV Stations.
(you must provide us with a copy of DVD, VHS or Beta)
- Arrange ticket giveaways with 1-2 TV Stations (1-2 pairs of tickets will be needed)
- Arrange a free contest ad with 2-4 Newspapers (1-2 pairs of tickets will be needed)
- Arrange ticket giveaways with 2-4 radio stations (1-4 pairs of tickets needed),
- List your event information on 8 different local entertainment websites.
- We can also include your event into our weekly ad space we run in the Monday Magazine for an
additional $50 per week (issue comes out every Wednesday).
- Provide door staff to collect tickets and sell tickets. (optional)
Promotion Price: $300 + GST
(includes all promotinal duties listed above, ad space in Monday Magazine is an additional charge of $50 per insertion)
